One epoch in Near lasts ≈ 12 hours

If you wish to stop delegating all together, the NEAR network enforces a 4 epoch (≈ 48-60h) cooling period for your NEAR to be available. In that period, you will not be earning interest on your NEAR and will not be able to withdraw them.
